The Guy Fawkes Arms is a welcoming free house country pub in the beautiful picturesque village of Scotton. Originally constructed in the 17th century, the pub takes its name from Guy Fawkes who lived in the village during his teenage years. Fast forward a few hundred years and The Guy Fawkes Arms has established itself as an exceptional country pub, with a wide variety of guest ales and a passion for high quality food, using locally sourced and seasonal produce where possible.
Owned and run by husband and wife, Adam and Danielle Vear who took the helm in June 2019 and have over 30 years experience in the catering industry combined.
At The Guy Fawkes Arms we have a strong emphasis on the importance of a family friendly environment and aim to provide a relaxed dining experience in a warm and welcoming setting.
The pub is located 7 miles from junction 47 of the A1 making us a great place to call in if you are in the area. The Guy Fawkes Arms is situated amongst a fantastic array of charming market towns and villages including, Ripley, Knaresborough and Harrogate.
